AMPLIFICATION

Azooka’s PCR and qPCR kits, powered by tinto rang—our food-grade, safe DNA/RNA binding dye using minor groove binding technology—offer potent, ready-to-use master mixes for molecular research labs. Unlike traditional dyes like EtBr and SYBR, tinto rang does not inhibit PCR even at high concentrations, ensuring accurate and efficient amplification. Additionally, tinto rang LAMP mixes are available for rapid LAMP and RT-LAMP reactions, delivering results in just 30-60 minutes without the need for sophisticated equipment. These mixes offer high sensitivity, detecting as few as 10 copies of the target, making them ideal for fast and accurate diagnostics.
